Get in touch

A 30-minute call. Free. No pressure.

Tell me what's happening inside your organization. I'll tell you what I see, what I'd do first, and whether the work fits any of the engagement formats. If it doesn't fit, I'll point you to better options.

How the call runs.

Minutes 0–10

You walk me through what's happening. The AI question your team is sitting on, the deadline you're carrying, who's involved, what's already been tried.

Minutes 10–25

I tell you what I see. What's likely going on under the surface, what I'd do in the first two weeks, what to watch for, what to slow down. Plain language. No frameworks for their own sake.

Minutes 25–30

If any of the engagement formats fit, I describe how that would work and what it would cost. If nothing fits, I say so and point you to people or resources that would serve you better.

A note on the call

The call is genuinely free. There's no sales follow-up sequence. If we don't hear from each other again after the call, that's fine — the conversation is the work.

Most calls produce one of three outcomes: an engagement starts, an engagement gets scoped for later, or you walk away with a clearer picture of what to do internally. All three are good outcomes.

Reach

Based in California. Working with clients across the United States.

Most engagements are remote. On-site work is available for workshops, leadership retreats, and conference keynotes. Travel scoped to the engagement.
